Since then the store has been giving out one or two games free of cost every week. This week’s free games are Hob, Gone Home and Drawful 2, out of which Hob and Gone Home have been added as free games this week (2nd April-9th April) itself and these are the games we’ll be talking about.

Hob

Hob is a game by Runic Studios  which was released on 26 September 2017. The game website describes the game as

“Hob is a vibrant, suspenseful action-adventure game set on a stunning and brutal world in disarray. As players delve into the mysteries around them, they discover a planet in peril. Can it be mended, or will the world fall further into chaos?”

It is an adventure game where you play a character who has “one huge arm” and finds out the world needs help, will he be able to save the world from this disarray or will things take a turn for the worse?

Gone Home

It is an adventure, Drama game developed and published by The Fullbirght Company

“June 7th, 1995. 1:15 AM. You arrive home after a year abroad. You expect your family to greet you, but the house is empty. Something’s not right. Where is everyone? And what’s happened here? Unravel the mystery for yourself in Gone Home.”

This is how the game starts. The protagonist Katie that is you, can move around and interact with objects

start to recover the mysteries as to what happened to all of your family members. In order to progress in the game you must find certain objects that further unlock others to help you proceed in the game!

Both of these games have an air of “question” and curiosity whether it is the question “What will happen to the planet?” or “What has happened to my family member?” and if you are one of the curious types. Then you’re in luck, go straightaway and download these games with the help of the free period scheme.

Also a frequent question is Whether you get to keep these games after the trial period?

Yes, once you download you have these games forever and you won’t have to pay for them once the free period ends.
