Doctor Boskonovitch, known as Doctor B., was a Soviet scientist. Jack androids& android Alisa Bosconovitch is his creation. 

Eddy Gordo

Eddy Gordo uses capoeira as his fighting style. He is one of the most popular fighters in Tekken 3.

Forest Law:

He is the son of Marshall LAW, his fighting style is very much similar you the famous martial artist Bruce Lee

Gon

He is a tiny little dinosaur with the ability to be unblockable in Tekken 3 game.

Gun Jack

He is a combat robot programmed with martial arts instead of weapons. The original Jack has featured in the original Tekken and since then Prototype Jack are featured in games like “Gun jack” in Tekken 3.

Hwoarang

Jin Kazama

Panda

Ling Xiaoyu’s pet and bodyguard is also known as the panda. He was trained in the same fighting style as Kuma.

Ogre

He firstly appears in Tekken3 and after that, he appears as a boss in Tekken 5 minigame “Devil Within”.

Tiger Jackson

A character that debuted in Tekken 3. He is a palette swap for Eddy Gordo.

True Ogre

His other name is known in Japan as Toshin. In Tekken 3, he appears as an Aztec combat deity who serves as the game’s main villain and final boss, as well as his monstrous alter ego.

Paul Phoenix

He fights in Judo and is one of only four characters to have appeared in every Tekken game thus far (along with Heihachi Mishima, Nina Williams and Yoshimitsu

Yoshimitsu

He has a sword of the same name, head-to-toe custom armour, and a prosthetic right arm. In this way, there has always been a Yoshimitsu from the 16 century to the present.
