NIGMA won the rematch in the Grand Final on Sunday to be named victor at the WePlay! Bukovel (Ukraine) Minor 2020. Nigma is a European esports organisation founded by former Team Liquid members and four out of five champions of the International 2017. 


NIGMA wins 140 Dota Pro Circuit points

Nigma’s start in the tournament was rough. However they managed to pull themselves together to make a comeback to qualify for the DreamLeague Season 13 Major. Nigma dropped the first game out of the best of five but took the next three to win 3-1. The $72,000 first prize, 140 Dota Pro Circuit points and an automatic entry into the DreamLeague Leipzig Major. 


NIGMA’S risky push earned them the win

RNGU were dominating the competition right from the group stage and the playoffs as well. They lost only two games before making it to the grand finals.  RNGU controlled most of the game until Nigma made the best of a few mistakes made by RNGU. Game three was a dominant win for Nigma. A risky final push saw them winning the tournament. This was RNGu’s first loss in five matches at the tournament. 

Kuroky Nigma Esports best Support

KuroKy was awarded Support MVP of the minor ad Miracle was named Core MVP of the tournament. Nigma will make their return on January 18 when the DreamLeague Season 13 major begins.
