Tekken 7 has been a mainstay as one of Esports fighting game. With this being generally accepted as a universal truth it is no surprise that the DLC has been running now for a long time now.
Currently in Tekken 7 Season 3, the hype has been on the rise after the announcement of new characters in the game. Zafina is set to return, with the addition of a new character Leroy Smith and three more characters are set to be released.
Considering Leroy Smith will be played by hit sensation rapper T-pain, his release teaser obviously garnered a lot of attention. Badai Namco released a longer trailer showcasing Smith’s ingame footage and also his pet dog.

There is more to come though! With sumo champ Ganryu making a comeback but having a similar appearance like Bo’ Rai Cho from Mortal Kombat. He can be seen acting cool about the fact that he is a returning character. He is seen playing down the hype around his return.
The main attraction comes in at last, with Thai superstar Fakhumram making his way into the game. For the unfamiliar, Fakhumram is a Muay Thai kickboxer with multiple scars and tattoos . He can be seen tearing apart Craig Madruk from his released footage. He is also seen to be a human form of Thai military showcasing his fearlessness and fighter attitude. Despite his massive size Fakhumram is shown to be shorter than Madruk disappointing some of the fans.
Fakhumram and his story (stage) is set to be released sometime this spring.
Each character reveal and the new story of Fakhumram got a separate trailer release to make fans even more excited.
A new feature allowing players to check frame data display of each game move will also be rolled out with the new season. It may act as a very strategic tool for those looking to fine tune their skills and optimizing at the highest level.
