Lowkey.gg Esports tournament platform for adults !

It is not easy to be a competitive gamer once you are an adult. Managing jobs and being a professional gamer is already tough on adults , but even though you find the time for it, where can you find other adults who are interested in playing the same game you love and compete on a professional front.

All these problems clubb together make is extremely difficult for adults to pursue a career in esports whilst managing their jobs. This is where Lowkey.gg comes into place.

Lowkey.gg is a platform for adult gamers who primarily focus on helping professional organizations set up their squads.

Filling up squads is a thing which many adults fail to do so. These players most often do not stream their gameplay which makes searching for other competitive gamers a lost cause.

Lowkey hopes to connect adult gamers with each other to help them pursue a career in it. And their primary focus is on adults, hence the player must be 18 years or more and have a permanent job.

Users can register as a solo gamer for $39(INR 2750 approx) in addition to a subscription fee of $13 (INR 920 approx) to get matched with a team automatically. The website considers various variables like location, job, working hours, and other information as displayed on your profile to help you create the best team possible.

This level of transparency can help reduce the toxicity among players who can eventually be teammates. Users who already have a squad in real life can sign up as a premade team for $195 (INR 13800).

Till the day of publishing the company has managed to sign up teams from Google, Apple, Twitch and Robinhood.

League of Legends is the first game for a fully fledged season, with the season starting January 13. Seasons are a minimum of eight weeks with players scheduled to play one hour one night each week. To support appropriate communication, Lowkey has built a relatively sophisticated Discord chatbox . The chat box is supposed to let users check in to say they are ready for a game. By default puts the teams together to coordinate for the match.

After the launch of League of Legends, the company plans to launch seasons for other games as well. Including Overwatch, TFT, Dota and Smash Ultimate.
