NRG completes Apex Legends Rooster with the signing of Frexs
NRG recently announced the completion of their Apex Legends rooster. They did so with the signing of Frexs. Frex is a veteran of the battle royale genre, albeit one with little success. A former member of Cloud 9 and Team Reciprocity, he saw little success with both of the teams. However, he should still be enough to keep the team near the top of the Apex legends rankings.
Big shoes to fill
NRG was left to look for a new player after Coby “dizzy” Meadows announced his retirement and subsequent departure from Apex Legends and NRG. Dizzy was easily the best player on the NRG team, and Frexs will have a lot to live up to. His highest achievement is winning Fourth place in the Global Loot League. Just like other professionals plying their trade in Apex Legends, Frexs has played other battle royale games. His achievements in those aren’t particularly noteworthy either, winning just $ 15,096.
While his achievements are nowhere near as noteworthy as his predecessor, NRG apparently hopes that a change in teams will help. Safe to say, expectations will be very, very high for the new addition to the team.
Here’s the full Apex Legends roster:
- Richard “KingRichard” Nelson (sub)
- Brandon “Ace” Winn
- Marshall “Mohr” Mohr
- Joseph “Frexs” Sanchez
Fans won’t have to wait long to see the new roster in action, with the GLL Apex Legends Series for North America in full swing.
