Mortal Kombat game series developed by Nether Realm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive entertainment is back with an expansion to it’s latest edition Mortal Kombat 11 by the name of Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath. It will be released on 26th May 2020 on all digital platforms. The announcement of the release was made via a tweet on the official Mortal Kombat 11 twitter page,
Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath will basically serve the purpose of giving an expansion to the story and carry it further from the narrative that the 10th and 11th part of the series had. In fact Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath picks up right where Mortal Kombat 11 ends. The expansion introduces 3 characters out of which 2 of them are returning while one is a new one.
One big reveal of that story that I believe all the players would love to hear is that Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa is back as Shang Tsung. He played the character in the 90s Mortal Kombat movies and is back with his voice and face lent to the character.
The 3 New Characters
Out of the 2 returning characters Sheeva from Mortal Kombat 3 is back, she is also known as the master brawler.
The other character who is coming back is Fujin the brother of Raiden and also known as the God of wind.
The new character is not something less than a pop culture sensation is RoboCop.
Apart from the 3 characters there are 3 new skins available too with the expansion pack.
