Travis Scott comes to Fortnite with Astronomical including 5 Insane Performances

Yes you read that right Travis Scott comes to Fortnite, Epic Games has revealed that they are collaborating with the world famous rapper who has the likes of songs like SICKO MODE and HIGHEST IN THE ROOM to his name, Travis Scott. Although for months there had been speculations regarding this partnership but it was only recently that Epic Games released that such an event will be happening.

He will be the latest addition to their icon skin series. The Travis Scott skin has already been made live on 21st April and is available in the in game item shop.

Furthermore, players who buy the skin will be able to take part in challenges which will unlock new spray and profile perks. The rapper even tweeted a picture of his skin,

Main Event- Rapper Travis Scott comes to Fortnite to perform

The Main event will include a performance on the island. The rapper also said that he will be releasing a brand new track in the event itself. The event will take place on the Sweaty Sands. The events can be joined by the players worldwide. In total there are 5 events scheduled according to the different hotspots with the players around the world so that they can match their timings. 2 of the events have already taken place as of 25th April 8 am IST, the schedule is,

The Americas – 4:30 am IST – 24th April
EU and ME – 7:30 pm IST – 24th April
Asia and Oceania – 9:30 am IST – 25th April
EU and ME – 8:30 pm IST – 25th April
The Americas – 3:30 am IST – 26th April

The tour has 5 events to accommodate players worldwide but you won’t have to change your server to get into the event. It is just there so people can watch the show at at time of their convenience

What is interesting is that players are getting rewards for even attending the vent. Reportedly the players will get Astroworld Cyclone Glider and 2 new loading screens.

The events lasted 10 minutes and during the event you could see a giant Travis Scott rapping while the players jumped and swam. The doors for the event start 30 minutes before, so make sure you jump in early enough to get a spot. The 1st event apparently had 12.3 Million concurrent watchers.
