The developers of Clash Royale have released their season 8 hall of fame list. Supercell released the top 100 players of the game and rewarded them with an exclusive emote. In a blog posted on their website, they thanked all the players for participating throughout the season.

As for Season 9, it will start off from March 2nd, with the date also being the game’s 4th birthday. The new season is expected to celebrate the anniversary with themed birthday cosmetics while the players can expect a new card, Royal Delivery.
Since the season is starting during its birthday, Supercell is going all in. The season’s arena is expected to be a big birthday cake.
Birthday Cake Tower Skins will be available to unlock through the season. Pass Royale (available at $4,99) owners will be able to unlock the Season 9 Tower Skin at level 10.
“The King has ordered himself a gigantic birthday cake. The cake is being delivered throughout the Kingdom. You’ll be able to play your battles atop a giant moving cake.” , was a statement released by Supercell in its Season 9 release video.
