DOTA 2 neutral items are available in jungle creeps from the seven-minute mark onward. It is divided in the form of tiers. Tier 1 items are the ones which drop in first after the seven minutes, Tier 2 items after 15 minutes, Tier 3 items after 25 minutes and Tier 4 items after 40 minutes. If a player makes it all the way to 60 minutes, they’ll be able to access Tier 5 items.
In total there are 58 DOTA 2 neutral items, but only four from each tier can drop from each tier for your team. Let us have a look at the best neutral item from each tier in DOTA 2
Tier 1 Neutral item Dota 2
Mango Tree
This item gives you the power to make a single, glorious Mango tree from which mangoes which are enchanted will ripen and fall every minute. Mangoes are extremely beneficial in DOTA 2. They give +0.6 passive Health Regen to you while they are with you. When you plant the mango tree, it also gives you vision.
Tier 2 Neutral Item
Pupils Gift
This gem of a neutral item boosts a hero’s secondary attributes by a considerable Martin. A right clicking Agility carry gains buffs to their strength (260 Health, 1.3 health regen, 1.04% magic resistance) and intelligence (156 mana, 0.65 mana regen and 0.91% spell damage). This item ensures the hero receives Strength and Agility.
Tier 3 Neutral Item
Repair Kit
If you use it in a building, it will help restore 40% of its health in a span of 30 seconds and will also grant it +10 Armor. You also get it with 3 charges. And there is an additional benefit, it provides you +17 health regen when you are carrying it. Your team can get some real valuable time if you can prevent a push for 30 seconds. Which is possible with the repair kit.
Tier 4 Neutral Item
Prince’s Knife
Prince’s Knife is a very crucial neutral item in DOTA 2. It gives you +60 Projectile Speed and your every target for the next 12 seconds gets turned into a hapless animal, which hops around for 1.5 seconds. You can best put it on ranged right-click heroes like Drow or Sniper.
Tier 5 Neutral Item
Fallen Sky
Combining a Blink Dagger with a Meteor Hammer, Fallen Sky gives you +20 Intelligence, +20 Strength, +15 Health Regeneration, +10 Mana Regeneration. Even if you end up on the losing side, you’ll have the enriched experience of a proper catharsis.
